In 2005, Charlene Allen started Triumphant Teacher Training (Tri-T). Tri-T provided educational consulting to educators through one-on-one training and to entire systems including the Orange County Public School System in Orlando, FL and Howard County Public School System in Columbia, MD. While maintaining her teaching certification in Florida and Maryland, Charlene has traversed classrooms and schools, and now works with district leadership.
In 2011, Marvin Allen retired from Lockheed Martin and joined Charlene as her Vice President of Strategic Initiatives to form Allen Management Consulting, Inc. Marvin brought his Program and Engineering Management skills to offer small businesses access to his large contractor knowledge about processes and market capture.
In 2018, Charlene and Marvin began education to extend their offering. Charlene began her Doctoral studies in Education Leadership, and Marvin completed his coaching certification through Dream Releaser Coaching. AMCI brings over 35 years of leadership experience in Education, Business, and Community. They can structure seminars, workshops, or one-on-one sessions to aid schools, non-profits, corporations, faith-based organizations, municipalities, and community groups to discover their collective voices to work for a common goal.
